In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Steel Hawk said the contract is on a call-out basis (which does not have a fixed contract value), adding that it is engaged by Kertih Port to provide specified services for the duration of the said contract, as and when such services are required.

“The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.

“The contract is not expected to have any material effect on the net assets of Steel Hawk and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024 (FY24).”

Steel Hawk said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for FY24.
