KUALA LUMPUR: HCK Capital Bhd has opened its sales gallery for its 35.26-acre freehold mixed development township, Hijauan Heights, in Semenyih, Selangor.
The RM1.3bil gross development value project, which is to be developed in phases from 2026-2033, is part of the group's "Tech & Trees" series, which combines smart home features with colonial biophilic architecture, natural ventilation and integrated greenery.
The gated and guarded community will feature an exclusive luxury clubhouse offering recreation,
wellness and community facilities.
According to HCK, built ups are expected to range from 1,110 sq ft to 1,850 sq ft. It said the low-density layout offers greater privacy, while flexible floor plans allow homeowners to adapt their space to changing family sizes and multigenerational households.
Subsequent phases are planned to include residential towers and commercial components.
“We wanted Hiijauan Heights to offer a different perspective on what modern residential living can be,” said Datuk Dennis Ling, group managing director,
operations and group management, HCK Capital Group.
“From the architecture and natural surroundings to the smart-home features and clubhouse experience, every element has been considered to provide a greater value to the community in Semenyih.”
