PETALING JAYA: HSS Engineers Bhd
’s associate HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd (HSSI) has secured a contract to provide project construction management services to Yellowwood Properties Sdn Bhd for a new data centre campus in Sedenak Tech Park in Kulai, Johor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the contract, which has an estimated services value of RM10.28mil, commenced on Aug 1, 2024 for an approximate duration of 22 months.
The scope of services covered all phases of the project including, but not limited to project control and reporting, planning, construction management and health and safety management, it said in the statement.
According to HSS Engineers, the services are expected to be funded via internally generated funds and/or external borrowings.
