KUALA LUMPUR: S P Setia Bhd has unveiled Ferrous 3, contemporary double-storey terrace homes, in the vibrant, art-inspired township of Setia AlamImpian in Shah Alam on Aug 3.
The developer, in a statement, said Ferrous 3, the third phase of the Ferrous series, will be constructed in the Industrial Arts Precinct.
The first phase, launched in March 2023, sold out completely, while Ferrous 2, launched in November 2023, is currently 60% taken-up.
Ferrous 3 features 101 freehold double-storey terrace homes, each offering a seamless open-plan arrangement with integrated living, dining and kitchen areas.
The 4-bedroom 4 en-suite bathroom units will have built-ups starting from 1,950 to 2,204 sq ft, and selling prices from RM915,800 to RM1.42mil.
“Amid the market recovery, Setia AlamImpian has consistently seen encouraging take-ups in the previous phases hence we will continue the momentum and launch our bread-and-butter products in the township, namely Ferrous 3 on Aug 3. Since then, the phase has garnered nearly 300 registered interests, with a few units already taken up,” Setia divisional general manager Razly Mohammad Rus said.
“For Ferrous 3, we are targeting young professionals, couples and families and primarily owner-occupiers from the catchment areas of Shah Alam, and other parts of Klang Valley. We are confident that the penultimate Ferrous 3 will perform well as its previous phases and will aim for the final phase of the Ferrous series, Ferrous 4 to launch next year.”
Scheduled for completion in August 2026, Ferrous 3 will showcase a modern, contemporary design with industrial elements. It will be part of the industrial arts precinct, one of seven arts-themed landscaped areas, including performing arts, fine arts, cinematic arts, musical arts, digital arts, and minimalist arts.
S P Setia said facilities within Ferrous 3 will include its linear park with themed features such as Little Shorea forest, Tapir sculpture, Bunga Kantan pavilion, basketball court and playground.
