PETALING JAYA: MISC Bhd
has appointed Zahid Osman as its executive director (ED), president and group chief executive officer with effect from Aug 16, 2024.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MISC said Zahid, 52, will succeed Captain Dr Rajalingam Subramaniam, 58, who has resigned to pursue other interests.
