AR-REIT’s NAV falls to RM1.266 after revaluation of assets


KUALA LUMPUR: Amanahraya Real Estate Investment Trust (AR-REIT) carried out a revaluation on 12 of its investment properties resulting in a lower net asset value (NAV) per share of RM1.266 as at Dec 31, 2023.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, AR-REIT said its NAV stood at RM1.284 in the preceding year.

AR-REIT reported a surplus of RM2.21mil or 0.16% over the market value of RM1.37bil as of Dec 31, 2022. The market value as of Dec 31, 2023, includes the revaluation of 12 properties.
