XOX Tech’s CEO resigns


PETALING JAYA: XOX Technology Bhd’s chief executive officer Azril Aliuddin has stepped down from the company with immediate effect.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, XOX said Azril had tendered his resignation due to other work commitments.

According to the group’s latest annual report, Azril has various experiences for 20 years in IT consultancy, IT project management and business process engineering.

“He was involved in the implementation of a national level project which is Malaysia Multimedia Super Corridor Initiatives, the merger of two major telecommunication operators in Malaysia and implementation of an internet service provider for one of the states in Malaysia.”

According to the company, Azril was instrumental in the setting up of a mobile virtual network operator in Malaysia and driving of technology implementation in the areas of technical operations, customer service and support and digital enablement.
