Affin launches cashless initiative for Lembaga Muzium Negeri Terengganu

KUALA LUMPUR: Affin Group has launched a cashless initiative tailored for Lembaga Muzium Negeri Terengganu, aiming to digitalise the ticketing process and provide added convenience to museum visitors.

The banking group said the collaboration positions Affin Group as a financial provider that is focusing on empowering business owners with digital solution through the cashless and contactless payments.

“We are delighted to spearhead this initiative alongside Muzium Negeri Terengganu, offering them a convenient cashless collection solution. Using QR pay and merchant terminals to streamline the ticketing process, it allows visitors to approach the entrance counter, purchase tickets, and present digital tickets for entry,” president and group chief executive officer Datuk Wan Razly Abdullah said in a statement.

He said this initiative also reflects the bank’s steadfast commitment to digital leadership and innovation, while championing digital transformation across various sectors.

“As we strategically broaden our digital presence, this event serves as an opportunity for the bank to enhance its visibility in Terengganu and explore potential collaborations for implementing cashless collection solutions across diverse government agencies,” Wan Razly said.
