KUALA LUMPUR: AEON Bank (M) Bhd is marking its second anniversary with the rollout of several customer campaigns and digital offerings, including the introduction of an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered in-app feature known as Neko Sensei.

In a statement, the digital Islamic bank said the feature is designed to help customers better understand their spending habits and manage their finances through personalised insights and guidance.

AEON Bank said the anniversary campaign, themed "2gether Lagi Better", includes rewards and promotional activities for both personal banking customers and business banking clients under AEON Bank Biz.

Among the initiatives are a TikTok Live campaign scheduled for June 5 and 6, a social media challenge, rewards under its Neko Missions programme, and an RM2 instant reward campaign linked to the Neko Sensei feature.

For business customers, AEON Bank Biz is promoting its Merchant DuitNow QR offering, including a campaign running from May 11 to Oct 31, 2026, featuring cashback incentives and promotional profit rates for eligible merchants.

The bank said it has also continued to expand its business banking offerings, including the Biz Term Deposit-i product, which provides short-term deposit options for small and medium enterprises.

AEON Bank officially launched in May 2024 and offers Shariah-compliant digital banking services for retail and business customers.
