REDtone bags MyGovUC 3.0 contract worth RM398.1mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Redtone Digital Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary REDtone Engineering & Network Services Sdn Bhd (RENS) has been awarded a MyGovUC 3.0 contract valued at RM398.1mil for the provision of communications to the Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (Mampu).

The contract commenced on Feb 1, 2024, for a period of 60 months.

In a filing with the stock exchange, the group said the contract covers the government’s unified communications including electronic mail system, calendar system, audio and video conferencing, chat and chat spaces, directory management as well as change management including user training, software support, security operation centre (SOC), network operation centre (NOC) and helpdesk covering information security management.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the REDtone Group.
