Sentral-REIT to focus on asset management

PETALING JAYA: Sentral Real Estate Investment Trust (Sentral-REIT) will continue to focus on asset management and leasing strategies that are centred on cost optimisation and tenant retention in the current operating environment.

For the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2023, it reported a net profit of RM19.21mil compared with a net loss of RM4.74mil in the previous corresponding period, mainly due to fair value adjustments on investment properties.
