PETALING JAYA: The listing of the shares of Cnergenz Bhd will be transferred from the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia to the Main Market under the “technology” sector with effect from 9am on Jan 5, 2024.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the electronics manufacturing solutions provider said its stock short names and stock numbers will remain unchanged.
For its third quarter ended Sept 30, 2023, Cnergenz reported a lower net profit of RM2.03mil, compared with RM7.09mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue stood at RM27.18mil against RM62.77mil previously.
