S P Setia to launch Bayu Avenue in Setia Bayuemas

Bayu Avenue is positioned as an ergonomic commercial development in the bustling Klang district, comprising a limited offering of 16 units of double-storey shop offices.

KLANG: S P Setia Bhd plans to to launch Bayu Avenue, another collection of freehold double-storey shop offices in Setia Bayuemas township on Nov 25, 2023. It's the third phase of commercial development in the area.

In a statement, S P Setia said Bayu Avenue is positioned as an ergonomic commercial development in the bustling Klang district, comprising a limited offering of 16 units of double-storey shop offices with a gross development value (GDV) of RM21.86mil and is targeted for completion in November 2026.
