Former director charged with unlicensed activities


The SC advises investors to be cautious when considering investment opportunities.

PETALING JAYA: The Securities Commission (SC) has charged Muhamad Fadzli Jamaludin, a former director of Kyaputen Sdn Bhd, with three offences related to unlicensed capital market activities.

The SC said in a statement that Fadzli, 33, was charged at Kuala Lumpur Criminal Sessions Court yesterday morning, with holding himself out as carrying on a business in fund management without a licence.
