PETALING JAYA: Privasia Technology Bhd
has received a contract worth RM42mil from the Education Ministry for an environmentally-friendly ICT hardware lease service for use in school computer labs in Perlis, Kedah and Penang.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Privasia said the contract duration is for 65 months, commencing on Oct 26, 2023 until March 25, 2029.
“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Privasia for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2023 and beyond. Notwithstanding this, the contract is not expected to have any material effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of Privasia.”
