MAHB expects gradual recovery in passenger traffic


Airports in Malaysia registered 21.7 million passengers in 3Q23.

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd’s (MAHB) network of airports registered 32.6 million passenger movements in the third quarter of 2023 (3Q23), reaching 88.3% of 3Q19 level.

The company said the number was a signal that traffic had continued to progress steadily towards normalisation corresponding to traffic trends pre-Covid 19.
