PETALING JAYA: Bina Darulaman Bhd
’s (BDB) wholly-owned subsidiary BDB Energy Sdn Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding with Pumar Solar Power Sdn Bhd to jointly pursue solar opportunities in Malaysia.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, BDB said the partnership will look for opportunities in Kedah and other states in the country.
