LYC completes acquisition of dental clinics

PETALING JAYA: LYC Healthcare Bhd, via its wholly owned subsidiary, LYC Dental & Aesthetic Holdings Sdn Bhd has completed the acquisition of a 55% equity stake in Elite Dental Team Sdn Bhd (EDTSB) for RM5.5mil cash.

In a statement yesterday, LYC said EDTSB’s clinics would bring the total number of dental clinics under LYC to 30 dental clinics.
