Datuk Halipah Esa retires from SD Guthrie's sustainability and board tender committees


KUALA LUMPUR: SD Guthrie Bhd has announced the retirement of Datuk Halipah Esa from its board Sustainability Committee, as well as its Board Tender Committee, effective today.

In a stock exchange filing, the group said the vacancies will be filled within three months, in accordance with the Terms of Reference of the respective committees.

Following Halipah's retirement, the Sustainability Committee of SD Guthrie now comprises Jennifer Thien Bit Leong as its chairman and Datuk Idris Kechot, both of whom are independent non-executive directors.

The Board Tender Committee comprises Datuk Sri Sharifah Sofianny Syed Hussain as its chairman and Mohd Irwan Ahmad Mustafa, both of whom are also independent non-executive directors.
