LYC buys 55% stake in Elite Dental for RM5.5mil

KUALA LUMPUR: LYC Healthcare Bhd via its wholly owned subsidiary, LYC Dental & Aesthetic Holdings Sdn Bhd has completed the acquisition of a 55.0% equity stake in Elite Dental Team Sdn Bhd (EDTSB) for RM5.5mil cash.

In a statement, LYC said the addition of EDTSB clinics brings the total number of dental clinics under LYC to 30 dental clinics.
