Melati Ehsan Q2 revenue rises 28%


PETALING JAYA: Melati Ehsan Holdings Bhd has recorded a 28% jump in revenue to RM22.5mil for the second quarter ended Feb 28, 2023 mainly attributed to the construction of the office tower project at Jalan Conlay in Kuala Lumpur and the sales recorded for the landed residential development in Taman Kluang Barat, Johor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the property group posted a 115% jump in net profit to RM3.6mil driven by its construction and property development segment.
