ASNB declares FY23 dividends


PETALING JAYA: Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd’s (ASNB) two fixed-price unit trust funds, Amanah Saham Bumiputera 2 (ASB2) and Amanah Saham Malaysia (ASM), have declared a return of five sen per unit and 4.5 sen per unit, respectively, for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 (FY23).

The distributions of ASB2 and ASM translate to total returns of 5% and 4.5%, respectively,

ASB2’s total income distribution payout amounted to RM0.62bil while ASM’s total income distribution payout totalled RM1.02bil, its statement stated.

As of March 28, 2023, ASB2 recorded a net realised income of RM536mil and ASM made RM784.8mil. ASNB is a unit trust management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Bhd.
