TNB appoints Razak as chairman


KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Bhd’s (TNB) board of directors has approved the appointment of Datuk Abdul Razak Abdul Majid as the company chairman for two years effective March 27.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TNB said Razak, 72, is currently a member of the action committee for the establishment of the National Energy Centre since 2021 and a member of the independent advisory panel, Malaysian Petroleum Resources Corp from 2022. — Bernama
