Cloudpoint en route for ACE Market listing

PETALING JAYA: Cloudpoint Technology Bhd has inked an underwriting agreement with M&A Securities Sdn Bhd for its proposed listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

The company intends to use the proceeds raised from its listing to scale up operations in the high-demand areas of cybersecurity, networking, cloud and software solutions according to executive director cum CEO Choong Wai Hoong.
