Kawan Food forms 40:60 JV with Good2Nature

KUALA LUMPUR: Kawan Food Bhd has formed a 40:60 joint venture with Good2Nature Sdn Bhd (G2N) to undertake the business of producing biocompost.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kawan Food said its wholly owned subsidiary, Kawan Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (KFM) and G2N, had entered into a joint venture agreement to undertake the business of producing biocompost.
