Comintel unit secures RM170.7mil building works contract

KUALA LUMPUR: Comintel Corp Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary Total Package Work Sdn Bhd has secured a RM170.7mil contract award from from Butirjaya Maxim Development Sdn Bhd for the main building works of an affordable apartment project in Section 74, Batu, Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the development comprises two blocks of affordable apartments of 39- and 40-storeys respectively with a total of 818 units.
