Bonia to buy KL property for RM36mil


The fashion lifestyle-based retailing group said the purchase included the land measuring 1,403.71 sq m as well as a double-storey bungalow and guard house.

PETALING JAYA: Bonia Corp Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Maha Asia Capital Sdn Bhd (MAC), is acquiring a tract of freehold land on Jalan Delima in Kuala Lumpur from Resaa Properties Sdn Bhd for RM35.51mil or RM25,315 per sq m.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the fashion lifestyle-based retailing group said the purchase included the land measuring 1,403.71 sq m as well as a double-storey bungalow and guard house. The purchase price will be fully satisfied in cash via internally generated funds and bank borrowings.
