IJM wins RM981.8mil construction contracts

PETALING JAYA: IJM Corp Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary IJM Construction Sdn Bhd has secured two contracts in Selangor totalling RM981.8mil from the Works Ministry.

In a statement, the construction group said the first contract worth RM831mil was a design-and-build turnkey construction contract for a new 312-bedded government hospital in Kapar.

Another contract worth RM150.8mil is for the construction of an Inland Revenue Board (IRB) office tower in Shah Alam.

IJM Construction received a letter of award (LOA) from the ministry for the first contract early this week.
