Pineapple appoints new chairperson


PETALING JAYA: Pineapple Resources Bhd has appointed Datin Sabrina Ainie as its chairperson with immediate effect.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the retailer of computers said Sabrina (61), is a legal professional with over 30 years of experience in corporate law, commercial law practice and conveyancing matters in general.

“Her practice and experience include advising clients at all stages of growth from startups and small and medium enterprises to listed corporations (both local and foreign parties) on matters ranging from cross border investments and joint ventures, negotiations, compliance, restructuring and legal risk management in the transactions.

“She has also served as an independent director in both public and public listed companies and currently sits on the board of several private companies,” the company said.
