Peterlabs buys RM7.5mil freehold land

PETALING JAYA: Peterlabs Holdings Bhd is acquiring 16,074 sq metres of freehold industrial land in Negri Sembilan for RM7.5mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Peterlabs, which is involved in the manufacturing, distribution, export and trading of animal health and nutrition products, said it had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the Menteri Besar Negri Sembilan for the acquisition.

“The board is of the opinion that the acquisition represents a good opportunity to invest and own the property for the benefit and interest of the group,” it said.
