has appointed Datuk Seri Dr Nik Norzrul Thani as non independent and non executive director.
Nik Norzrul, 62 is currently the chairman and senior partner of Zaid Ibrahim & Co, a member law firm of ZICO Law.
He currently advises on a wide range of legal matters incorporating Islamic finance, banking, offshore finance, debt restructuring, international, corporate, and commercial law.
His advisory work also includes debt and corporate restructuring transactions and the issuance of private debt securities including Islamic financial instruments (domestic and international).
Nik Norzrul has also been legal counsel for several mergers and acquisitions and advises generally on regulatory and compliance issues.
Pertama Digital seeks to leverage his extensive experience in these key areas as the company continues on a growth trajectory.
