KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd
’s wholly-owned unit, N9 Matrix Development Sdn Bhd, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with NS Corp to acquire a 1,382-acre freehold land in Negri Sembilan for RM460mil.
In a statement, the property developer said the purchase represented the biggest land deal in Malaysia in terms of size since the last five years.
