Dialog in green project financing venture

Dialog Diyou is a JV between Dialog and Diyou Fibre (M) Sdn Bhd, an established recycling and manufacturing company based in Nilai, Negri Sembilan, with over 30 years of experience in the industry.

KUALA LUMPUR: Dialog Group Bhd’s joint-venture (JV) firm, Dialog Diyou PCR Sdn Bhd, has embarked on the group’s inaugural sustainable financing venture via a green project financing facility.

OCBC Bank (M) Bhd is the structuring adviser and lender for the green financing, which was structured in compliance with the Loan Market Association’s Green Loan Principles.
