KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks in focus on Friday include Mudajaya, Farm Fresh, Reach Energy, iDimension Consolidated, Marine & General and Teck Guan Perdana, said JF Apex Research.

Mudajaya Group Bhd is buying Real Jade Ltd, which is involved in the manufacturing and trading of cement and clinker in China, at an indicative price of RM224.32mil.

Farm Fresh Bhd has proposed to acquire a freehold industrial land in Bandar Baru Enstek, Negeri Sembilan for RM18.24mil.

Reach Energy Bhd (REB) will issue 1.03 billion new shares to offset debt owing to Super Racer Ltd (SRL), amounting to RM206.51mil.

iDimension Consolidated Bhd will be lifted from its GN3 status after regularising its financial condition.

Marine & General Bhd returned to the black in its 4QFY22 after registering a net profit of RM3.52mil, Teck Guan Perdana Bhd net loss widened by 70% y-o-y RM2.61mil in 1QFY23.

Meanwhile, JF Apex said the FBM KLCI could remain sideways with support at 1,430 points following the ongoing uncertainty.

The US market tumbled overnight after the core personal consumption expenditure index rose last month to stoke fears of inflation.

Similarly, European stocks declined due to ongoing concerns over inflation and recession.
