Increase in YTL-REIT valuation


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, YTL-REIT said the revaluation exercise had increased the company’s and its subsidiaries’ unaudited net asset value per unit from RM1.5562 per unit as at May 31, 2022 to RM1.6806 per unit.

PETALING JAYA: A revaluation exercise by YTL Hospitality real estate investment trust (REIT) on 15 of its properties has resulted in an aggregate valuation increase of RM212.04mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, YTL-REIT said the revaluation exercise had increased the company’s and its subsidiaries’ unaudited net asset value per unit from RM1.5562 per unit as at May 31, 2022 to RM1.6806 per unit.
