Coda to raise funds at US$2.5bil value


SINGAPORE: Singaporean firm Coda Payments Pte is nearing a deal to raise private funds at about a US$2.5bil (RM10.6bil) valuation, according to people familiar with the matter.

The online payment processing company is poised to announce a fresh fundraising deal to fuel growth plans as early as this week, the people said, asking not to be identified because the discussions are private.
