Scomi Group at risk of delisting


KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in Scomi Group Bhd securities will be suspended on April 20 as its appeal for a time extension to submit its regularisation plan has been rejected by Bursa Malaysia Securities.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the practice Note 17 (PN17) company said the securities of Scomi would be delisted on April 22 unless an appeal against the delisting is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before April 18.
