HSS secures RM22.7mil contract extension


HSS executive vice-chairman Tan Sri Kuna Sittampalam (pic) said SMHB’s continued appointment with an extended scope of services is a very clear message of the Kedah state’s commitment to enhance its water sector infrastructure.He added that the contract extension was an affirmation of HSS’ capabilities thus far.

PETALING JAYA: HSS Engineers Bhd has secured a contract extension worth RM22.7mil from the Kedah state government to upgrade a water treatment plant in Kubang Pasu, Kedah.

In a statement yesterday, the engineering and project management company said its associate, SMHB Sdn Bhd, had obtained an extended appointment by the Kedah state government for the upgrading works.
