Censof acquires 51% stake in robotic process automation specialist

KUALA LUMPUR: Censof Holdings Bhd is acquiring a 51% equity interest in Cognitive Consulting Sdn Bhd (CCSB) for RM3.7mil with a profit guarantee scheme.

In a statement, the technology holdings company said the purchase consideration was derived after taking into consideration the current average price-to-earnings multiple of 7.5 times and the average pre-tax profit of FY21 and FY22.
