TH Heavy’s request rejected

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia has rejected TH Heavy Engineering Bhd’s application for a further extension of time to submit its regularisation plan.

The trading in its securities will be suspended from Dec 9, and they will be de-listed on Dec 13 unless the Practice Note 17-status company submits an appeal by Dec 8, the stock exchange said in a statement. — Bernama
