Plenitude buying hotel in Osaka


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Plenitude said its indirect subsidiary, Plenitude Osaka Sdn Bhd, had entered into a conditional trust beneficiary interest sale and purchase agreement with Ichigo Estate Co Ltd for the acquisition.

PETALING JAYA: Plenitude Bhd is acquiring a 14-storey hotel in Osaka, Japan for RM97.57mil.
