KUALA LUMPUR: Maybank Investment Bank (Maybank IB) has won Malaysia’s Best Investment Bank in the prestigious Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2021 for the sixth time, on the back of multiple landmark transactions amidst a challenging market environment.
It said in a statement that Euromoney highlighted Maybank IB’s leading role in MISC and KLCC Stapled Group’s US$750.4mil (RM3.17bil) concurrent secondary placement, the largest ever transport and REIT follow-on offering in Malaysia as well as the largest-ever concurrent secondary placements in Malaysia.
