Shanghai a pioneer in China-US trade

SHANGHAI: Shanghai, the city that witnessed “ping-pong diplomacy” between China and the United States in 1971, has played an important role and immensely benefited from the China-US economic and trade exchanges, according to entrepreneurs and experts in the city.
