KUALA LUMPUR: Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld), HE Group Bhd, AirAsia Group Bhd, Zetrix AI Bhd, UUE Holdings Bhd, Infomina Bhd, Inta Bina Group Bhd and United Malacca Bhd are among the stocks to watch following their latest corporate developments.

EcoWorld’s sales have surpassed RM5bil for the first time, exceeding its RM4bil target for the financial year ending Oct 31, 2026 (FY26), boosted by a RM1.01bil industrial land sale.

The property developer’s third-quarter profit after tax rose 20% to RM120.8mil, while nine-month profit increased 36% to RM424.3mil.

AirAsia is seeking a US$1bil refinancing package to cut borrowing costs as high fuel prices and weak cash flow strain its finances.

The airline had US$4.1bil in debt at end-June, while its operations consumed RM582mil in cash in the first half of 2026.

HE Group’s unit has secured an RM124mil subcontract for electrical works at a data centre in Johor, with completion scheduled for March 2028.

Zetrix AI said dividend payments to some shareholders have been delayed due to an ongoing legal action involving a substantial shareholder and its share registrar, while payments to unaffected shareholders are expected to be completed by Sept 28.

Infomina has secured a RM62.65mil contract from a Malaysian financial institution to provide technology refresh and maintenance services over 69 months.

Inta Bina has secured a RM221.08mil contract from Mitraland for Gravit8 Phase 4 in Klang, lifting its new order book to about RM645mil.

United Malacca expects stable FFB production in FY27 despite potential El Niño risks, after 1Q net profit fell 15.8% on weaker Malaysian plantation output.
