Safian no longer Datasonic substantial shareholder

PETALING JAYA: Datasonic Group Bhd’s recently appointed executive director Safian Mohd Yunus has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in the company.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Datasonic said Safian ceased to be a substantial shareholder due to dilution of percentage of shareholdings to less than 5% of the enlarged issued share capital arising from a private placement.
