Berjaya CEO raises stake in company to 2.7%

PETALING JAYA: Berjaya Corp Bhd’s newly-appointed group chief executive officer Jalil Rasheed has acquired more shares in the group bringing his shareholding to 136 million shares or a 2.7% stake.Jalil RasheedJalil Rasheed

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Berjaya said Jalil bought 66 million shares of between 32.5 sen and 33.75 sen each.
