UMW ties up with Mida


In a joint statement, both entities said a memorandum of understanding had been signed yesterday between Mida and UMW Corp Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the UMW Group, to further drive high-value quality investments into the country.

PETALING JAYA: UMW Holdings Bhd has entered into a strategic partnership with the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (Mida) to promote quality investments in Malaysia.

In a joint statement, both entities said a memorandum of understanding had been signed yesterday between Mida and UMW Corp Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the UMW Group, to further drive high-value quality investments into the country.

“The two parties will capitalise on each other’s capabilities and strengths to explore potential key areas of collaboration to attract investments that would create value to the nation’s economy, ” both said.
