PETALING JAYA: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis REIT) is acquiring two contiguous parcels of leasehold industrial land in Johor for RM75mil.
In a statement, Axis REIT said its trustee, RHB Trustees Bhd, had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Xin Hwa Trading & Transport Sdn Bhd (XHTT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xin Hwa Holdings Bhd
, to acquire the property which is located within the industrial area of Pasir Gudang.
