UEM Sunrise to benefit from asset sale


In a report to clients, AmInvestment Bank’s research unit, AmResearch, said it is projecting a net loss of RM18.5mil for UEM Sunrise’s financial year 2020 (FY20) versus a profit of RM74.1mil.

PETALING JAYA: UEM Sunrise Bhd’s earnings performance continues to be weak, prompting analysts to cut their estimates for the property company.

In a report to clients, AmInvestment Bank’s research unit, AmResearch, said it is projecting a net loss of RM18.5mil for UEM Sunrise’s financial year 2020 (FY20) versus a profit of RM74.1mil.
