FGV’s Delima Oil Products expands downstream segment


FGV group CEO Datuk Haris Fadzilah Hassan said the company was aware of the growing interest towards more sustainable food sources and increased preference in plant-based foods, fuelled by a shift in consumer diets.

KUALA LUMPUR: FGV Holdings Bhd (FGV) has set its sights on expanding its downstream segment through value-added offerings to the Asia-Pacific region with more new plant-based industrial products.

The plantation group said its subsidiary, Delima Oil Products Sdn Bhd’s (DOPSB) is introducing three products under the Premeo brand -- animal fat replacer, dairy fat replacer and frying oil.
